Kvass Recipe

  • 3-4 raw organic beets (greens removed)
  • 1/2 gallon jar of purified water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sauerkraut juice

Scrub beets and cut them in 1/2 inch cubes. (Do not peel)
Place them in the jar
Fill the jar with purified water
Add salt and sauerkraut juice
Cover and let sit for 3-4 days on counter 
Pour out the liquid - Drink Kvass!!
Repeat the above recipe with the same beets
Drink 4-8 oz. per day for a dose of probiotics!
